What type of computer and/or software do I need to run Nutritionist Assistant?

Nutritionist Assistant works on any computer, laptop or tablet that is connected to the internet. We recommend Google Chrome but you can use any modern web browser.

What should I do if I run into a glitch?

We do our best to keep the application up and running at all times, but unfortunately we are not immune to bugs and server errors. If you encounter any problems, please send us an email at support@nutritionistassistant.com and we will do our best to fix the issue as soon as possible.

Do I need to use my credit card for the free trial?

Credit card details are required for the free trial. However you will be charged only after the free trial ends.

Can I change my mind once I sign up for the Nutritionist Assistant services?

Sure. We don’t enforce any long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription anytime. However, we will charge full price for the last month, even if you used the service for less than a month.

Once the contract ends, do I get to keep all the client data and charts?

The data is yours to keep. You can request it at any time during your subscription period or seven days after the subscription ends. Send an email at suport@nutritionistassistant.com and we will be more than happy to send you the data as Excel files.
